I didn't know Neon was "currently not considered feasible" until Samuel Terry pointed it out in their presso.... I understood there were compartmental problems or some such, but nothing that couldn't be overcome.
Regarding the Neon valuation...Looking at the KAR chart, the decline was in well before that recent valuation downgrade.
I don't doubt Neon development concerns is now contributing to the current malaise..
I noted that Neon commentary by the board remains bullish though.
