I do think activists have a role to play in the market but often go overboard and get so caught up in minor details. SOL is exactly the kind of company that someone like Stephen Mayne can have a field day with because of all the family links and related parties etc. but those of us that are long term holders are already aware of these issues and still supportive so it probably doesn't need to be brought up over and over again at any AGM.
