When I journeyed on the train from Melbourne and among other things in Sydney, attended the SOL AGM two years ago IIRC, it was amusing that when a matter brought up by PPT was discussed, only one person in the room voted in favour - the latter's rep.
I estimate there were 150 to 200 shareholders present (well attended given SOL doesn't have the holder numbers of a CBA or NAB).
Stephen Mayne's views would be very much in the minority.
