Hi Peter & Tim,
interesting thoughts. I’ve noticed both of you have a sentiment of hold & not buy. Is this just due to your holding size or do you believe SOL is fairly valued?? I’ve had a super quick glance & ran some number & if it they can continue to produce ROE of 8-10% & trade at a slight premium to book say 1.3x this should trade at $38/shr.
Based on today SP of ~$33 we have a decent upside & IMO very limited downside from here. I’ve also heard Todd comment of a potential spin off of AmpControl & possibly other internal business over the next 5-10yrs which would unlock even further value & not to forget further dividend increases. Thoughts????
