No I am neutral to that. I respect their values. There is a very different requirement as to being a director and to being the MD. I hold the view that this cannot be run like a family business - yet at times it almost has the feel that it could have gone that route.So is RM a Warren Buffett orva Charlie Munger?Certainly he is icon.
