Having now had a good read over the presentation it's clearly a liquidity play for SOL and I believe they will sell down most of the MLT share portfolio within the first 6 months to take advantage of the high overall market. It seems to actually be a springboard into other acquisitions that their looking at but don't have the capital to take advantage of without selling down more of their "big three" current strategic holdings.
