One unmentioned factor is this will reduce SOL's revenue from coal to well under 25% of total revenue. For many ESG funds this is the point at which they won't invest. One example is the huge Norweigan sovereign wealth fund. They own about 1% of all ASX equities but have so far excluded SOL.
So far the market is liking it. Gets the portfolio sufficiently diversified without a huge tax hit if we were to sell down any of the major holdings, and lets Miltion get above NTA.
