I certainly wouldn't have picked this one! Maybe SOL are looking to take advantage of their highly priced SP? I'm a little bit confused as to why they wouldn't just allocate more funds into their own share portfolio rather than paying a 10 percent NTA premium for MLT though. It's actually a smart move for Milton though they've been needing a shakeup for a very long time now so I'm pleased for their holders.
