    I think they are looking at growing WHP into a multi faceted conglomerate with fully franked dividends coming into their coffers as fully franked ie tax free income which they then deploy into higher rated investments and pass on a portion of fully franked income to shareholders ie a mini Wesfarmer model but where the Milners control a fair whack of the shares and hence run it as long term patient capital rather than a private equity model A long term keeper
