Previously SOL had flagged that it would be developing premium aged care facilities but while I haven't flicked through the annual report in recent days, coronavirus and all the attendant negative publicity (given Daniel Andrews mucked it up by not having Army in initially to manage those quarantining from overseas, and aged care workers became infected to a degree not seen elsewhere in Australia, with consequently somewhere between 500 and 1000 Victorian deaths), SOL may have decided not to pursue this desire.
Likewise, I don't see tourism as a particularly 'SOL/BKW thing' but hey, some assets may be distressed yet with new owners be able to deliver an acceptable return on capital employed. But I'd be wary of those Queensland island resorts as too many have had a chequered history.
