I don't think it will make a huge amount of difference on the biomass.
The fingering will have already been grown ready to take out to the offshore nets & there is plenty of capacity in the existing leases. Plus CSS has quite a decent buffet of biomass for sales cover.
Realistically this only a 6 months delay assuming permits are issued.
Let's see what they say at AGM & in convertibles prospectus, that may be why it's been delayed from expected Sept release.

I do think however it is pretty embarrassing to have got to this point without approvals in place.
