Makes you wonder why the council didn't offer to allow CSS to use the marina in exchange for them putting in some money to renovate it?
As it says in the announcement CSS used to use this marina & the money they'd save in fuel instead of travelling from Whyalla could have been used on the repairs.

Looking at the online reviews it seems a popular place with grey nomads, clearly the council values the seasonal grey $ over the development of a business employing locals all year round.
