Well, maybe closure in a sense of there being no resulting material impact on the company's overall earnings, but that might simply be because the claim made by WICET had already been fully provided for in the accounts of the MMM JV.
But maybe what still needs to follow are meaninful cash disbursements against those provisions.
To this end, I'll be keenly watching for movements in the Investments in JV's and Associates line in the upcoming results announcement
