You made the same comment in the half yearly report post, saying WAK may likely need a capital raising or we're "finished".
Thats some pretty strong language which doesn't really make any sense.
Have a read of the report and also the presentation just released.
We've got a current burn rate of about $2.5 Mil per HY, and cash on hand is $5 Mil at beginning of this year. This gives us almost a year before a CR would be required, but why would it?
Undoubtedly, revenue is increasing now as closer to name plate is achieved, which would reduce cash burn, likely down to $2 or $1 Mil this HY.
By the second HY, when cashflow turns positive, talk of CR completely goes out the window.
So, unless we have some huge negative event, which completely halts revenue, there should be no need for a CR before we turn cashflow positive, still with cash in the bank if close to $3 Mil, and then move towards funding stage 2 with cash from operations, as they have always maintained.
Again, if we even hit 50 ktpa, or a quarter of capacity, that's about a X 25 of revenue, or close too $22 Mil revenue, not $900K..
Im expecting the next quarterly to show a strong push towards cash flow positive territory, with higher and higher revenue, and then any talk of the company being "finished" can go out the window
