Are you being serious? From all your comments you are going to be a long term share holder and pass this on via your estate so why were you trying to save half of a cent? You're not trading this stock and at 19.5c it's still a bargain.
As a colleague who use to work on the floor of the NY stock exchange use to say, "if you liked it a 17.5c, you'll love it at 19.5c.
All in all this is great news as the sooner this facility is turning out product the sooner cash will be coming in the til.
