As I said it was being run by an out of date dinosaur who could not even use a computer. Plus a Chief Operating Officer who has no idea. How can you keep up with the big four's technology upgrades and service offerings when you don't understand technology? And they say they compete on service, well CBA offer me better service than WBB.
