When the Kalkaroo option was negotiated it appeared to be a very positive deal for both parties, as dd has progressed combined with further exploration success it seems that the chances of exercising the option is increasing.
It would also seem that if the option is not exercised then that would not be bad news for HAV given the ongoing exploration success.
I think HAV holders are in a very good position whatever the outcome, very little risk with potential outcomes 3 times current value.
