Say NPV comes in at around 70% of the $620 mill, say $430mill being conservative. Usually expect the market to assign a top value around 30% of PFS NPV. THe DFS is more accurate but use 30% to be conservative.
30% of 430mill is around $130mill. Market cap say $40 mill.
130 divided by 40 = 3.25. Current SP= 5.4.
5.4 times 3 25= 17.25 cents top market assigned value. This means of course immediately after the DFS is released the gap at 4.5 will be finally closed!!!
17.25 based on assumptions above.
