That's a fair point. The Wash Sale Rule is only for 30 days following initial sale, so anyone that sold prior to 1 June would be able to access their losses and buy back in now. We had that price jump on the 6th-9th June where exiting probably occurred too, but they wont be able to buy back in till next week or the one after.
Could also be exiting elsewhere and jumping on board here as pending results draw nearer.
