well ofc they do.
they've been drilling in the area for months and pulled up nothing of note.
my point was more to the fact that only the more easily manipulated stocks went up.
the most obvious secondary beneficiary, but not easily manipulated, didn't move a bit. even the most far flung remote tenement holders bumped up.
this could largely be in prep for an RRS bump
