I mean what's particularly odd is that GRV bumped up today when they don't even have a particularly large interest in the east tennant anymore. their Georgina assets are now with ARO - which also didn't move at all.
now you might say ARO makes a good buying opportunity, or you might say whoever is buying isn't doing their research.
