If you're saying they're sitting on results and preparing for a CR I don't think that is legal. The assays are not late. People are just impatient.
Our first hole as TSO (ZDDH00017) took over two weeks PRE COVID, If going by that we should expect a TH maybe on Friday or early next week ( if we get one that is, but I think we will) thats just a ball park date but it shows things aren't actually behind a normal schedule, even a few extra days on top of that wouldn't be a big deal, we can't control the lab
