I believe from zeffs comments they just wanted to lock in the land for future exploration before other companies clue on to the area, as highlighted by zeff in the pay dirt interview. I dont think they have any intention to go and start drilling in the new land tenement in the near future,
Zeff - "IRGS typically these types of deposits cluster, so we have managed to get our foot on what we think is the most prospective ground for future exploration, but certainly at this stage we're really focused on drilling out tenera, and understanding that and using that information to go and explore elsewhere in the belt"

But if every week you keep calling a CR is due, you'll eventually be right.
