For those just getting started researching Tesoro and even for long timers wanting to brush up on the facts straight from the horses

Well the tip is with the Annual report read the Chairmans intro blurb, look at whats happening with the projects and scroll down at high speed to the bottom and see who the Top 20 are. But thats just for the cheats and lazy buggers like me..
