re: Ann: Wide Zones of Massive and Disseminat... TTC tend to agree with you, however from a source at Comsec I understand there are still plenty of Commsec customers that take the fine and eventually risk losing their account with Comsec.
Apparently Comsec also tends to close their eyes to certain "valued" customers as long as they sell on T+3 day and have enough cash in their account to make up for the loss.
