It was stated in this part the announcement as highlighted, “4% smelter royalty” the $11mill figured is loosely based on gold production of that project. Could be less could be more, point is it’s good deal for CDT and every explorer would kill to have this type of asset generating cashflow & income when you need it the most.
It’s like having a river in the middle of Sahara.
