b) ~132.5 Million options ex @ 0.024
c) 58 Million options ex @ ~0.00000001 to organisers of cap raise
d) 15.9 Million shares to organisers of cap raise.
So whilst the register is currently around 422 million shares and unquoted 72 million, the General Meeting is looking to float another 406 million to the register.
Potentially bumps it up to 828 million diluted (not including unquoted securities).
828 million x 0.024 = ~20 Million market cap.
