HRE's announcement details some exciting results. I like that the REE occurrence is hosted in a clay horizon, but what is the basement rock? The CREO to TREO ratio (not grade) is about right. CREO's (Critical Rare Earth Oxides) or magnet REO's - pretty much the same list of REE's. In my opinion though the grade needs to pick up if the occurrence is to compare to Nolan's Bore or Mount Weld. Check out The Jollygist is you want to read more about REE's.
