The cornerstone investor is the same group behind SMR which is now a $2.5 billion coal miner. Plenty of financial clout and it seems they are looking for nickel and lithium exposure. While the share price is a bit disappointing, its good to see that the placement didn't go to the same dumpers that ruined the IPO aftermarket.
