From about the 27:00 minute mark Steve Norregaard talks about liking to think that they "could recommence mining at Armstrong prior to the end of the financial year ... end of June this year".
Crom is dead right that what was in the quarterly could be read as meaning during 2023. However in the podcast SN was quite explicit and specific about the target being by the end of June and in my view/experience mining executives don't walk back on a target date unless they are giving themselves some wriggle room.
