Wow. After all this time, its pretty much starting again. Need three sets of approvals, government, council and port. Need to raise yet another #21m. Throwing out the container system (as one astute poster once suggested, throwing out the tug and motorised barge, buying two more tugs and building or buying a dumb barge. Only mention of operating cost is one saving of $5 a tonne. Various contracts close to be signed as they have been for some time now. At least that never changes!
Who's to say this latest plan will work.(Not that we even know what the plan is really with no break down of development costs and no operating cost forecasts give). WR apparently didn't believe in it. For that reason, I can't see how current management can raise this cash.
Very interested to see what shares do. At least they have a plan I suppose.
