From your last post Stagman IFE are selling to a IO marketing co not a steel mill. So OMS will need to build a small margin in before on selling to a steel mill. The price OMS pays to IFE will have to be kept low enough to ensure OMS can get their margin. OMS are in a risky business. They will pay IFE a price based on the spot price say today and then when they come to sell some time in the future the price will have changed. The margin they get should only be a few dollars (less than $10 ?).
