I noted recently that TYX had become a significant holder of KAI (19.335 Million shares or 5.1%).
I thought . . . . Hmmmmmm . . . I thought TYX was a bit short of funds.
Then I noticed that TYX and KAI are participating in the Symposium in Sydney next month. And I noticed that the Director spruiking KAI is none other than Ian Finch.
And then I noticed that Ian Finch had been given 2.7 million shares in KAI as "Performance Rights."
Coincidence? Would be very interesting to learn what is really going on.
Perhaps they sold the majority share in Wilcherry Hill (the previous jewel in the crown) to fund the purchase of 5% of KAI? Perhaps this was all part of the deal to remove IF?
Was all this maneuvering in the best interests of shareholders? Finch? or Gandel?
