Mines are operating everywhere, a friend of mine isn’t allowed to fly to his mine but has to drive there and back, last time I checked you can’t eat coal either.
Not sure what your agenda is but people are working where they can if it’s safe to do so even unessential retail.
As far as traveling out to the site there won’t be a Grey Nomad in site so the roads will be safer than ever,
