As hunter2 pointed out, this is showing up on a lot of radars atm. Worth a read of the reports as spells out some good basis as to why the cats a good takeover target. One addition I'd make is despite all of that, at the end of the day it's worth remembering that atm all we have is dirt in the ground. No infrastructure, nothing. Just dirt. Further to that, given how spods been tracking last 12 months, it's understandable there would still be apprehension lest it takes another price tumble.
It will maintain a 'ho-hum' trading pattern until more substantive, and definitive news comes out with commentary about 'building', progressing finance, site viability and such. In this env, that might take a while. Once it starts happening, then you'll see a rush to buy, as the trajectory based on FOMO will kick in. (I just don't want to see it go cheap)
Patience is the key at this stage as ultimately, we are like any other company with dirt in the ground, but no means of extracting it at profit atm.
