1% grade is not the only metric. Theres inclusions / contamination, strip ratios, side stream processing ie Tantalum etc to worry. Bald Hill isnt processed on site neither from memory (could be wrong) and trucked down the road to another MIN processing plant that may be being prioritised for higher grade by MIN et al.
Too much to finger the base grade as being a cause for it being in C&M
