that’s not correct and a complete misinterpretation.
The director receives 10 million shares, so based on the capital raise price of 3.5c that’s $350k
The other 20 million shares are all performance based, so if this acquisition turns out to be decent and the share price continues to rise above certain levels, then he is compensated.
I don’t know the guy, but if the share price keeps going up, then I am more then happy with him having a big pay day, a lot of work would have gone in to a deal of this size.
