Wildhorse Energy Ltd (ASX:WHE) today announced an updated resource
summary on the Mecsek Hills Uranium Project in southern Hungary, raising
the total Inferred Resource 156pc from 17Mt at 0.08pc U3O8 for 30Mlbs of
U3O8 to 48.3Mt at 0.072pc U3O8 for 77Mlbs of U3O8.
The updated resource now covers three licence areas of the
project - Pecs and Pecs North, which are wholly-owned by WHE and have an
updated Inferred Resource of 38.5Mt at 0.076pc uranium (U3O8) for 65Mlbs
of U3O8; and the MML-E licence, which is held by Mecsek-Oko and now has
an Inferred Resource of 9.8Mt at 0.057pc U3O8 for 12Mlbs of U3O8.
WHE and the state-owned Mecsek-Oko are renegotiating a
co-operation agreement and are in discussions to jointly develop the
Mecsek South target as part of the entire Mecsek Hills Uranium Project.
The methodology and resource calculation of this updated
Inferred Resource for the Project was reviewed by Coffey International
Ltd's (ASX:COF) independent mining consultancy.
