Yep, I'm with you there, I skimmed the document and didnt pay much attention until this part, and I was like bummer my system must not have alerted me to this or I missed the announcement, only to find there was none. It is fantastic for us...but this is pretty crappy as this would have been very well received by the market and potential new investors. A price sensitive "US PATENT" would have popped in HC and the markets, instead only current holders would know about this. No new shareholders could see this in the ASX announcements. I feel this was a lost opportunity that could have been capitalised on. In this market environment it would have really helped our share price. Any positive news like a patent is good news.
I am generally curious as to why they felt it was not big news...I mean if a pharma company with IP releases a patent they pop on the market immediately.
