I have already clarified this - SMS was never Tier 1 but made up the bulk/all of the tier 2 of that 8.7% number in 1h 2019.
From memory, the reason Tier 2 had increased following on from that was that SMS was still included in the first half representation 2021(they were still part of the revenue then) and there had been an increase in smaller gold and base metals drilling. Therefore SMS still in the 19.6 and others adding to that from what I gathered.
Regarding not mentioning SMS - what more could they say? I think that is part of the reason the price went up - no more news to tell, 'we have told you enough of what is happening and there is more good news out there and no point talking any more about it. Hopefully we get the money but everyone's missing the bigger picture'.
