Hiddenvalue, I’m so excited. Do you know how long it is since someone asked my opinion, unfortunately they never came back a second time.But you asked our thoughts on stage 2. Firstly though I think the London listing will be off for some considerable time, and righty so, we need to get a few runs on the board first. My understanding isthat we get no funds from the listing, only when we have CR we have a bigger pool of investors to draw from. Unfortunately that means a greater % held by overseas investors at the expense of Australian, thats the way it works. Secondly my understanding is that there is a fair bit of excess gold
processing capacity around the world. If as I said recently, Trafigura can make the necessary arrangements we should be able to flog all our concentrate, may not get guite as much and it may take some time for all the arrangements but we’ll get there in the end.
On Stage2 I’m scratching my head a bit. We have 11 floatation cells 6 one side and 5 the other and they have said the only need another 1 for Stage 2. Also the drying and packaging shed should be able to handle both stages. Now they have listed quite a number of other bits and pieces that they want including a 3mtpa crusher which will be by far the most expensive item. Now if we’re a bit tight for funds they can continue using the current one which has a capacity of 1.9/2.1 mtpa , only being used at 750ktpa at present and only needing 1.5mt for stage two. We really only need the 3mt when we move to 400kozpa, admittedly they would have to postpone free milling of ore. Anyway they need more CIL tanks, as existing ones will be full o tailings.Now you know why the bloke didn’tcome back a second time.
