Just a speculative price. Just enough that everyone would vote for it including insto's who get out with a 20% gain, RH and management have bought that much stock lately they get out with a slightly higher profit 30% (i estimate they are averaged out at 40c or probably a bit under now), and shareholders that have been brutalized will be wrapped, even if they are still underwater at that price. And new owners get a world class asset with 10m cash for bugger all compared to what DYL payed for Mulga Hill. I'd say that 50c insto only cap raise was doing a deal with the devil looking at what's happened since
