Toro is the perfect resource micro-cap to demonstrate the vital importance of competent, and trustworthy, management. Often, these tiny companies are at the mercy of just one man, his character, all his weaknesses, and all his flaws.
What RH has single-handedly done to this company should be criminal, in my opinion. I can't believe the sheer scale of the damage we've taken, a -90% loss in value, in just 3yrs.
And all the while, we've been paying him $500k/year plus super, benefits. In what fair and reasonable world is this even allowed to happen? What is going on here?
I can't wait to vote him out, and give this company a chance of succeeding again.
