Nothing illegal at all if management are genuinely not aware of anything. They might be as surprised as the rest of us with the price movement, volumes and drop of the share price- hence their aggressive purchasing. Its just the nature of game. If it does happen though, at least could get thrown a bone on top where the demerger can proceed and top we get out with shares in the demerged entity. But this demerger has been going on for 5 months. Who knows how close it is....
