Thank god (little g) that developement at Kooragang is not effected; or is it? And is this snippet what eefty was alluding to? And does this mean it goes to the high court? Three wigs instead of one? Synchronistic in some ways. Just today, ran across a plaintiff who had recently lost a high court appeal against me. In an effort to show there were no hard feelings, wandered over, said hello, and asked how everything was. He got to his feet, started abusing the fit out of me; said I lied about everything in court, and, I thought, was on the verge of slugging me. I apologised to the table of people he was with, all of whom I knew, and sauntered off. It was truly unsettling. Four judges against him and still angry. Sitting at his hospital bedside and hearing him say 20 times, "it's not your fault". All that forgotten, probably just because of a greedy lawyer who convinced him there was a strong case. Blimey we live in a strange world. Roll on January. JWT
