So correct me if I'm wrong here....

This has gone to appeal (ATR has appealed)
ATR has appealed because they want to give us $5M and get our share of WIM150.
AZT won the first hearing stopping APG selling its share.

Surely we can just sit back (no further expense) and let them fight it out....

ATR wins = we get $5M
AZT wins = we keep our share (probably of increasing value, ie more than $5M)

We have more important things to do and to spend money on.
This announcement was "for information only" and has no material effect on APG since we are now just spectators (with a vested interest perhaps!)
Let them fight it out amongst themselves (we can't do anything anyway to influence the outcome and why would we want to anyway given it seems a win-win for us either way?).
