And surely with 2 companies fighting over our wim150, and the price of mineral sands going up, makes it much more valuable then the original 5 mil.

I asked in a previous post, with so much time passing from original deal and court case/s, does the original deal still hold or is it dead in the water? Can wim150 be renegotiated. Obviously the appeal would have to play its course first. Tewks, Jwt, anyone?
