Yes, but as its outside of an announcement wouldn't give it to much weighting. Andrej won't put a defined timeline on the NOI but I believe most of the issues have now been worked through now, but I'm sure there will be another review to go.
Looking at historical assessments and the nature of the mine I still think it could be possible that if the NOI is done correctly a assessment wont be required.
