Pity there isn't an automatic process to get directors like these to move on. Lots of time doing nothing constructive except earning shareholders money. Years and years with nothing productive. Steer clear but remember every dead dog of a company has a run at some point. I disagree with others in that most of the issues that management have dealt with are within their control. Better value elsewhere no confidence in management.
