Totally agree the next move is likely to be AJD declaring NXT also ineligible due to residual rights on property sale or due to interest as a tenant - if not bogged down in courts by NXT or TGP then this means windup will be determined by majority of the remaining 3% - which way will 1.5% jump? How many of these 3% remain holders simply because they don't open/respond to their mail (so never accepted AJD or NXT offers) - ie real determining vote may well be less than 1%
